All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@kirmia.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations or Changes
Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Allergy Disclaimer
Our products are made with natural butters, oils, and botanicals. Please review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before use if you have sensitive skin or allergies. We cannot accept returns based on allergic reactions.
